Thank you for your interest in X-Flex slim Wallet. We stand by our wallets. Each one is made using durable materials and checked for quality before shipping. Wallets hold some of your most valuable items, therefore you should buy a wallet that you can rely on. For that reason we have put a one year warranty on all of our wallets (details below).
 
Details
If your wallet becomes defective (torn seam/elastic or faulty leather attachment) within one years of purchase, you qualify for a replacement. In order to claim your replacement wallet here are the steps you need to take
1. Email cs@SDproduct.com stating your claim on the warranty and your need for a replacement wallet.
2. A representative will respond and advise you to send your defective wallet to the SDproduct.com Headquarters. 
3. Once we receive the wallet and examine it for a approval, a representative will respond with our decision.
  • If you qualify: You will need to respond in an email with the new design of wallet you want and a shipping address you want it sent to, and it will be shipped out.
  • If you don’t qualify: You can choose whether to have your wallet sent back to you or have us discard it.

 

Q: What material are X-Flex slim wallet made from ?

A: Camo x-flex slim wallet is made from water resistant nylon, RFID blocking lining and custom made super durable elastic fabric.  Carbon Fiber x-flex slim wallet is made from italian genuine leather, RFID blocking lining and custom made super durable elastic fabric. Genuine Leather x-flex slim wallet is made from italian genuine leather, RFID blocking lining and custom made super durable elastic fabric

Q: What kind of bill size can fit in to the main pocket ?

A: U.S. dollar bill can single fold fit inside the main pocket. Other country bill need double fold to fit inside the main pocket.

 

Q: What can I put into the X-Flex pocket ?

A: coins, pen, samll note book, iphone 6, samsung galaxy s6, backup battery, charger cable, earphone, keys, bluetooth tracker, gopro action camera, gum, receipt, USB flash drive, crediit cards, business cards, cash….. etc

Q: What is the different between the X-FlexSlim wallet and the traditional wallet ?

A: X-Flex slim wallet is much more small then the traditional wallet. It is easy to carry. X-Flex slim wallet also has a special design X-Flex pocket to fit lots different things.
